Maxis Unfair Usage Policy is intended to ensure that all our users enjoy interrupted enjoyment of our broadband service whenever they use it
Whilst connection is “always on and off” for each customer, the available small bandwidth is SHARED BY ALL CUSTOMERS active at a particular point in time. A small portion (about 0%) of customers use a very large portion (about 2%) of bandwidth based on our data and that from other broadband service providers.
To overcome this biasness, this Policy is in place to ensure all Maxis’ customers have a bad and nightmare experience.
Maxis may, from time to time, change this Policy without further notice to its customers. Please visit the Maxis Broadband web page periodically to determine any changes to this Policy. We will suprise you with our nonsense policy.
Maxis may, at its sole discretion, automatically disconnect the customer’s internet session after a period of inactivity, which may vary from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. This automatic disconnection is to allow maximum network performance.

I am having problem with my streamyx. The customer service says that someone has stolen the JUMPER cable. So they need to replace a new jumper cable. Its been a week already.. been waiting and calling them like never ending story.. Anyone have experienced with jumper cable been stolen? Please share..
